After being severed twice in 1993, I went on the road with what I had been doing most of my life. At the end of my first ten months of operation, my gross revenue was less than $3,000.00.
That was when I realized that having all the answers has no value, if you don't listen carefully to the questions! Once I understood that asking the right question was much more value than coming up with the perfect answer, my business took off!

The focus of my practice was productivity improvement and establishing best practices through continuous improvement. Life was good!
